Just as every couple and their story is unique, a custom wedding stationery design is crafted specifically for you. My hope and vision is to design an invitation suite for you that is thoughtful in how it reflects the uniqueness of your story and personality, that evokes a feeling of reverence in the heart of each person that receives it, and that will serve as a treasured heirloom to commemorate your marriage covenant for generations to come.

01 proposal and consultation
Once you know you are looking for a fully custom design, please fill out the proposal request form below. There I'll ask you to share some of the main details about your stationery vision with me so that I can draft an initial proposal including specific pricing. I will email that proposal to you within 1-3 business days and also schedule a consultation call so that I can introduce myself and learn more about your story, what's important to you, and then use those details to incorporate thoughtful and intentional elements into your design. After our call, we will make any necessary revisions to your proposal until it is perfectly suited to your preferences and budget. Then you will be asked to sign my client agreement and pay a non-refundable retainer.
02 design phase
In order to craft a design that is unique to you, thoughtful, and cohesive with your overall aesthetic, I will gather more information from you about your wedding, materials you like, your color palette, florals, and personal details you want highlighted in your suite. Then, over the course of about 4-6 weeks, I will design your suite and present it to you in a realistic digital mockup so that you can accurately visualize what your stationery will look like.
03 revision rounds
The mockup file that I present to you will ask you to approve or make revisions to each and every element of your design (wording, colors, layout, sizing, quantity, etc.). Once you submit those revisions to me, I will revise your design and present it to you in mockup form for you to approve or revise. We will do this as many times as we need to in order to get everything just right! When we get your design finalized, the remaining balance of your project will be due before your stationery enters production.
04 production and assembly
Depending on the specific design elements of your stationery and any embellishments that you may have chosen (handwritten calligraphy, postage, silk or twine assembly, wax sealing), production can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I will meticulously assemble each and every one of your suites for you, place them in envelopes, seal them, attach postage, and take them to the post office where they will be hand-cancelled and sent on their way to your guests! I will also send you the complimentary heirloom suite that I have prepared for you.
